Ross Rebagliati, professional snowboarder
Canadian Ross Rebagliati was born in Vancouver BC on the 14th July of 1971. In the year 1991 Ross became a professional snowboarder and he was the first person winning the golden Olympic medal for this enthralling winter sport. It all happened at the 1998 Winter Olympics.

Unfortunately after he won the prestigious gold medal, it became clear that in the sports man’s circulatory system traces from Cannabis were found. Due to this Ross was automatically disqualified. Luckily this rediculous decision was overturned at a later date, and the medal was given back to where it belonged, with the superb snowboarder.
